A: The customer is responsible for costs, depending on the modifications needed.
Q:How often are incubators cleaned?
A: Shared units are inspected weekly and fully decontaminated quarterly. Upon request, decontamination can be done at any time. Private units rented from Bonneville Labs undergo decontamination as needed and quarterly.
Q: Can members get notified about cold storage temp changes?
A: For shared resources, we can set up notifications. For private use, we can create accounts and provide full access to monitor system trends.
