# Lab Access and Staff Availability

## 24/7 lab access; staff onsite 8-5, on-call for emergencies.

**Q: When is the lab open?**A: Members have 24/7 access to lab facilities. Our operations staff is also on call 24/7 for emergencies.

**Q: When is the staff onsite?**A: Staff are typically onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with operations staff available on call 24/7.
