# Additional Facilities and Notifications

## Space Modifications, Equipment Maintenance, and Temperature Notifications

**Q: If building changes are needed to the space, who pays for them?** A: The customer is responsible for costs, depending on the modifications needed.

**Q:How often are incubators cleaned?**

A: Shared units are inspected weekly and fully decontaminated quarterly. Upon request, decontamination can be done at any time. Private units rented from Bonneville Labs undergo decontamination as needed and quarterly.

**Q: Can members get notified about cold storage temp changes?**

A: For shared resources, we can set up notifications. For private use, we can create accounts and provide full access to monitor system trends.
